Hello Lovely,

I hope you have been well. We have just had birthday week at our house. It's 3 birthdays in a week. Which means lots of food and lots of cake. Which is great and we have a lot of fun with it. Our birthday tradition is everyone gets to pick their favourite home cooked meal for dinner and a cake they love and all the kids show up, sometimes with friends and partners and is a great big family dinner. Heaps of work and heaps of fun. I believe these are the memories the kids hold on too.

So why did I title this FAT? Well it seems to be a bit of a subject of the moment. As we head into summer people often look at loosing the extra weight and I have had a few clients speak of it in the last little bit. So I have decided to talk about it here.

Also, in the last few months, I have had contact from a few people within networking companies that promote products that can help with FAT. Now please know, I have no problem with networking companies and support most where I can. I would rather some money go into my friends pockets than big business. I think most are set up to support people with personal growth and can have really positive benefits for everyone. That is not my beef here. It is the insinuation that I may need help with my FAT. Of course this is not what is said. The messages speak of how I can help my health and yes, this is what I would be interested in. However, the underlying message is always about FAT. The before and after photos are of how big I was to how much I lost and while the words talk of energy and health, well, as they say, a picture tells a thousand words.

Don't get me wrong, I am not angry at these people. I am simply saying that as a society, the focus is still on being less FAT. 

This is what I believe the industry is built on...














Fear - We put so much fear in people. If you don't exercise you will get heart disease, if you don't take this pill you will get sick, if you don't eat superfood you will get cancer, if you don't do whatever the thing is you won't survive.
Fear is such a crippling and horrible thing. We fear that if we are fat no one will love us. We fear not fitting in. We fear not looking like everyone else.
Fear of these things, I believe, is one of the biggest causes of anxiety and stress today. Especially in our teens.
Fear does not help, ever. It does not serve or support you. It causes major physical reactions in the body that will actually do more harm, make us sicker and in the long term, it will shorten our life.





Abuse - Yes FAT shaming is abuse. So many people make others wrong simply for being FAT. The problem is, those who think they are FAT are also shaming themselves. It is really hard to talk nice to yourself about your body when the world makes it wrong. 
I have a question for you - Is fat the worst thing I can be? Really, this is a serious question. Because I know people who are "FAT" that are kind, loving and generous souls and I know people who are "FAT" who are mean spirited, unkind and sad. Does any of this have to do with the size of their body? I also know skinny people who fall into both these categories and I am sure you do too. FAT shaming has to stop, shaming ourselves and shaming others.
I believe that we come into these physical bodies for this life time, but these bodies are not who we are, they are not our essence. These bodies are our vehicles for this adventure. Shaming the vehicle, or abusing someone for the condition of their vehicle is just plain wrong. 

Threat - This is a bit like fear. We are threatened that we will die if we are FAT. That is so unhealthy to be FAT. Now I am not saying we should not take care of our health, in fact I am going to talk about that soon, what I am saying is this threat is not helpful or always founded. 
For example, one of the things the medical profession tells us is that fat contributes to diabetes. Now I am FAT and my blood sugar level is brilliant, and my lovely partner, who is not FAT has diabetes and lots of trouble with her blood sugar. Now I know this is not true in all cases, but neither is the treat of diabetes on all FAT people. I don't want to start a medical debate here, I am simply pointing out, that FAT does not always equate to sick. 
I am sure you know at least one skinny person who lives off caffeine, nicotine and alcohol. 
Skinny - yes, healthy - no. 
Threats are fear based and there is a different way to do it. 


So what is the answer? Well I certainly do not profess to have them all, or even most of them. But I do have a goal. For me, my goal is to be healthy. 


To treat this vehicle with respect, something I have not always done. I have been known to call it a "meat suit" and it a lot of ways it is, just the suit I wear this life time, however today I change that. Today I refer to my body as the "body temple". It is a place I will show respect and love. Not in a worshipping way, but in a way that I show gratitude for the vehicle that it is for the journey I am on. 

So for me, this is what HEALTHY means ...


H is for Happy. Are you happy? Happy goes along way to supporting your health. I am generally a happy person, but I know when my mood drops so do the good habits. Treating myself well is harder and it is easy to turn to food for comfort. Being happy feels better.  A happy and joyful outlook not only feels good, but it also supports your immune system and promotes positive hormone  function. When you feel happy, things seem to go better in your life and often FAT becomes less of an issue. Happily moving through life is a great way to be HEALTHY.

Embrace - just embrace who you are and this beautiful vehicle you were given. It is known that what your resists persists, whatever you give your attention to grows. If you are constantly shaming yourself, focusing on how fat you are and what food you need to eat to fix it, you are only giving energy to the thing you don't want. Embrace yourself, all of you, in a gentle and kind way. You are perfect just as you are. Oh and have you seen the movie?  Acceptance - you are perfect, perfectly you. Comparing yourself to others can only ever bring heartache and pain. Accept where you are at right now, all you have gone through, all you have experience and all you have learned has brought you to this place. Accept that this is just for now, it does not have to be for ever. Accept that you are lacking nothing, everything you need is available to you and accept that you are enough. Acceptance ends the struggle. 


Love - of course. Yes I am going to say it, love yourself. I am talking about that kind of love that says  "sometimes I don't like you, but I always love you" That kind of love, that know matter what, always exists. When you truly do this, when you embrace and accept who you are and where you are at, the love just flows. You begin to communicate with your body in loving ways, treating it with love, fuelling it and moving it with love. Love not fear. What if we really took the fear out of how our bodies are and just decided to come from love? Do the things that your body loves, exercise in ways your body loves, eat things that your body loves. Not because you will get sick if you don't but because if feels really really good to do things that your body loves. What if you loved yourself enough?

Truth - Be truthful with yourself. When I said to eat things your body loves, be truthful. You may be craving the ice cream, but does your body love the ice cream? Let's really get truthful, when we eat like crap, we feel like crap. Often I will ask people what their body wants and they will tell me some kind of junk food, however, a very quick muscle test will tell me this is not what their body wants. It may be what their emotions want, what their habits want, but not what their body wants. Get truthful with yourself. Are you happy? Are you loving yourself enough? Are you embracing yourself? Are you accepting yourself? Are you listening to your body? The truth will set you free.

Honour - so now we have got to the truth of it, honour that. Honour what your body needs. Don't cheat on yourself. There are only ever going to be a few things your body needs - hydration, nourishment, movement and rest are the most common. When your body lets you know which of these it wants, find out how it would like it, e.g. Does it want to move by dancing, running, swimming, walking? What feels good to your body? Listen, then honour the response you get by setting it in your schedule and doing it. The same applies to food and rest. Your body is wise and knows how to run in perfect balance, honour the wisdom of your body, listen closely. 

You - you are what matters. How you feel about you matters. Not what others think or say, not what society thinks or says - no-one but you. Also you are the one who can do these things for yourself. There is no magic pill, there is no formula that fits everyone and there is no short cuts to a healthy happy you. No-one else can do it for you. It is all up to you and the good thing is I know you can do it, and I know I can too.You are amazing . You've got this. 


So this is my take on FAT and HEALTHY. You may or may not agree with me, and that is okay. It is my opinion and my experience. 
This is not a shout out for help, so if you feel the need to message me with a solution to my FAT or HEALTH, thank you, but no thank you. I'm okay with my FAT and I am HEALTHY too. I am working on these things everyday like the rest of us, some days I do well and some days not so well, it's a journey. I do not make myself wrong or right, it's just interesting. 
In our new home we have lots of mirrors in our bedroom, this has caused me to look at myself a little more, sometimes while cringing, but this is me. I am enough and I love me. I am not perfect, but I am perfectly me. My body will change, vehicles do change. We have things that get broken, need replacing, need a tune up and maintenance, but if we keep them in good repair, they will last us a life time. So I vow to love my vehicle for the rest of my life, treat it with love, honour it, embrace it, accept it, be honest with it and be happy with all of it.

Butterflies, Blue and Jacarandas.


Hi Lovely,

Hope you are doing well. I decided it was time to write. Why? Well things have been huge. I have noticed with those around me this is true, but also for myself. I have been overwhelmed with this moving thing this time, we love our new home, but it seems to have taken it's sweet time to settle in here and return to balance. 

You see, I have been believing the lie that I am human, muggle(non-magical) and I forgot who I really am. I forgot to tap into the magic, the light, I forgot how big I can be, I forgot to Be. 

Yes there has been lots of doing, there has been lot to be done, but in all of that, my humanness kicked in and I forgot to Be Me. My big expansive and magical self. 

But I'm Back Baby!

I decided to listen to my own advice and just be willing to be magical, be willing to return to balance, be willing to see the light. And it happened, quickly, easily and more magical than I could imagine. 

Today I opened my eyes again and the Universe sent me the magic. 

Today I listened to someone I admire. She reminded me of my magic. She reminded me of the possibilities. She reminded me of who I am. She reminded me I am a Lucky Bitch.

Today there are butterflies, did you see them? They are everywhere and they are always my reminders from spirit, my reminders of transformation. They remind me of my grandmothers, the women who nurtured and shaped me from a young age. They remind me that when things seem dark, they are often transforming into something more beautiful. They remind me to be light.

Today there are purple trees, Jacarandas. I love the purple trees, I love the energy of spring that they bring. Spring is always a feeling of new beginnings for me and purple trees remind me of this. They also remind me that it almost birthday time, that I have lived another year, that I have learned, grown and become more. They remind me to celebrate me. 

And today, and always, there is the blue, my place of reset and healing. The blue reminds me of the ebb and flow of life, it sparkles and shines in the sun and rests silently in the stillness. The blue reminds me to be fierce when I need to be, to go with the flow and that mystery lies within the depths. It reminds me that when I grasp at things, that when I try to hold anything tightly, it will just slip through my fingers like water and when I just float, when I allow, I am surrounded by all I need. 

Today I return to balance. 

Today I return to me.

Today I am willing to Be. 

And then, just because it is an abundant universe and it really likes to let me know that all my needs are being met, a song comes on the radio. A song that means so much to me on so many levels. A song that makes me want to lift my hands, surrender and dance. Shackles by Mary Mary

So feel free to raise your hands, feel free to surrender, feel free to dance with me.

My Friend Wayne



I am sure you may, or maybe not heard, that just a few weeks ago, I had the honour of seeing one of my long time mentors and (friends) Dr Wayne Dyer. I have followed Wayne's work for over 20 years now and this was the first time I had got to see him and meet him in person.
It was amazing... I am so grateful for this opportunity and I wanted to share some of the wisdom that was gifted us over that weekend.

Wayne was sitting comfy in a black lounge chair, surrounded by books, notes and his props so to speak. The day had begun and I was so aware, so present in the moment that the rest of the world, the rest of the room just dropped away. It felt to me like he was having a conversation just with me, but this time it was not via my phone and you tube. Here we were, my friend Wayne and I, sitting down and having a chat.

He started with his usual banter and humour and within the first half hour he had talked about sex, penis', periods and said the word F#@K. I knew I liked him for a reason. This man has talked with the likes of Deepak Chopra, Oprah Winfrey, Michael Jackson and now me, in amongst it all he is still real, grounded and above all honest. A man with integrity, I love that.

We quickly moved into getting into a sense of awe and taking look at what a tiny speck we really are in the universe. It really put things into perspective and Wayne reminded me that "everything I think is a problem is not, it is just a thought." This got me thinking about the small minded things I worry about sometimes. I would be willing to change that.

He introduced me to 2 of his 8 children, daughter Skye, who sang beautifully the song "I Am Light" originally preformed by India Arie, and then to his youngest daughter Sage. Wayne spoke of her conception here in Brisbane and did his best to embarrass her, and she spoke of her bumps she had as a child and how, with the support of her loving parents she spoke to the bumps and got them to leave. It was great to meet his family.

Our day progressed beautifully, I got a hug, a photo and lots more conversation which included such amazing stories and information like...
"I am doing nothing - I am being done"
"If you don't have a temple in your heart, you will never find your heart in a temple."
"Soul is Light."
"Never place anything into your consciousness that you don't want to manifest."
"God's one and only voice is silence."

He also introduced me to Anita Moorjani. What an inspirational and real woman she is. Her story is beautiful and almost overwhelming. She is the author of the book "Dying To Be Me" which is her journey from cancer, to near death, to true healing. Her message was profound.

Day one came to and end and by day two my excitement was even greater, there was much to learn.

We talked about creation and how creation is impossible as all things have always been. We simply choose things so why not pick the ones that align us with our source. He spoke of God and how there is no place God isn't, how sorcerers are people who live of source and how I AM is the name of God. He spoke of the goal of the soul, to be free to expand and experience the infinite and the theme song of the soul is "Don't fence me in..." He spoke of family, marriage, children and dying. We heard from Anita again and she said "Love yourself like your life depends on it, because it does."

As the weekend ended and my time with Wayne was over, I was left with the thought "What are you marinating in?" What was I soaking myself in, thinking about and being in my life that was creating the life I have?

It has taken me 2 weeks to write this, because it has taken me 2 weeks to begin to process all that was gifted to me in those 2 days. There is so much more to share, to know and to learn. The one thing I know for sure, and I will share it in Wayne's words...

YOU MUST BE WHAT YOU CAN BE!
And so must I.

Do only dead fish go with the flow?

Some of you may have heard my rant about this at some point over the last few years. Yep, I think it is time for one final rant. Then I'll stop, maybe.
It all began as I innocently scrolled through my Facebook feed one morning. You know how there are some things you tent to just skip past and other just jump off the screen at you? Well this morning, the post below did just that.


It came from a Brisbane woman I heard speak and found quite inspirational, although I did feel her go, go, go energy and go' get 'em attitude a little bit daunting. Hmmm, this was why.

ONLY DEAD FISH GO WITH THE FLOW! 

Yep it pushed all my buttons. For me, this post said that those who go with the flow are lazy, are waiting for the world to hand them something and are not motivated. This is so not what being in the flow is all about.
When you are in the flow of life, you are connected to life itself. There is an infinite intelligence to all life. There is nothing we have to do to make grass grow, to make the river flow or to make the sun come up in the morning. In fact, if you try and make these things happen, people think you're nuts. Just imagine sitting outside your home, in the wee hours of the morning saying "come on sun, you can do it, come up an hour earlier today? Please!" Yep, it is not going to happen. The world around us unfolds as you should. You do nothing for this to happen, but does that mean you are lazy? NO!
In fact, when you understand the flow, when you align with the flow, it all works to your advantage.

Byron Katie says," The only struggle we ever have, is the struggle against what is." When you want things to be different than what they are and you fight to change them, you find yourself not getting too far and stressed to the max. For example, if it is raining outside, and you don't want it to be raining, you can try and stop the rain. Good luck with that. You can yell at it, ask it nicely, and do all sorts of positive affirmations around it, but the rain will stop, when the infinite intelligence decides it will stop. All your doing will not make it so.
However, if you notice it is raining, you may still have a preference for it not to be, but you can grab your umbrella and move forward into your day, a little soggy maybe, but still in action and still moving without the force, struggle and energy going to a cause that really is not going to serve. And besides, you will get a free Aura cleanse.

Being in the flow is not lazy or unmotivated. It is being focused on the larger picture, knowing you are put here on this planet at this time for a purpose and being in alignment with that purpose. It can be hard work, it can require discipline and it can require great courage. It is not a cope out, but an opening to your truth.

So what is this infinite intelligence?
It is that energy that grew you for the first 9 months in your mothers womb, it is the same energy that grows your hair and mine, it is the flow of the universe.

You do not have to push for it to happen, you do not have to try and make it stop.

Infinite intelligence is the expansive energy from which we all came and we will all return. Some call it God, some Buddha or Krishna, some universal truth, the Great Spirit or Source. Whatever you call it, it is. Science may be able to tell us where the command centre in our brain is that moves our little finger, but science has yet been able to find the commander. That is infinite intelligence.

Here are a couple of ways to get in the flow of your life...
  • Stop struggling against what is. My favourite way to do this is ask, "What if this is all okay?" It is a very simple question, but in asking it and allowing, we are able to move forward with a much gentler and easier energy. And moving forward allows you to find your flow.
  • Drop the idea of how it has to be. We often get so caught up in what something is supposed to be like. Who said? How it is, is how it is. The sun will come up, when it comes up and all unfolds as it is supposed to. Drop the need to be CEO of the universe and have it all happen in your time, in your way and how you think it should. All is okay!
  • Meditate! In all honesty, this tool is so much more powerful than most people will ever know. Spending even 5 minutes in stillness at the beginning and ending of your day is profound. All secrets are in the stillness and when you place yourself in this stillness, you place yourself in the flow of life itself. You align yourself with infinite intelligence and life unfolds for you.
I know for me,  when I am in the flow, all good comes to me, life is fun and easy, I take gentle care of myself, I am nicer to live with, I am in my abundance and I am joyful.

Have you ever watched Finding Nemo? Marlin finds himself in the EAC dude, and when he stops struggling and allows himself to go with the current, he lands exactly where he needs to be.

And, only Salmon swim up stream, and we are not all meant to be salmon.

So call me a dead fish if you will, I am staying in the flow. This little angel fish was never meant to be a salmon anyway.

The Rainbow Filter



Hello Lovely,

I feel the need to write a little on this rainbow filter that has been all over Facebook. If you have missed it, it is the effect of the USA legalising same sex marriage in all states. This is a pretty big deal and is long over due in my view and I am saddened that as an Australian, as yet I do not have the same rights in my own country.

I promise I will not turn this into a debate on same sex marriage, for me it just comes down to love is love and in all honesty, if I choose to marry, I will marry, with or without the consent of any government. But for so many it is so important.

Anyway, as you have probably guessed I am in a same sex relationship and have been for about 10 years. Prior to this I was married for 18 years. I have 3 beautiful children to that marriage and am very grateful for that. But I am sometimes asked what changed and "how did you just jump that fence?". So without going into too much detail, for me it comes back to 'love is love'.

When I got honest with myself, when I became more me, when I knew more of who I was and what I wanted in this life, this is what I chose. Was it the easy path? No. Well not really. In many ways, it would have been easier to stay where I was, do what was expected and continue down that same path. It was not all horrible, but I was being less and less me. This bit was not easy. It is never easy to be less authentic, less of your light, less of your truth. And that is what this was becoming for me.

So why am I telling you all this? Well my transition to a same sex relationship was reasonably easy. I was blessed with a loving and supportive family and friends who did not judge and allowed me to follow my heart. This was also true for my children. One of them did say "I don't understand, you used to love daddy and now you love Rachy" I simply explained that yes, that was true and daddy had a new partner too. To which the reply was "yeah, but your both girls!" For me that was an easy one. "I didn't love daddy just for his 'bits" and I don't love Rachy just for her 'bits'. Inside we are all God's angels and that is the bit of Rachy I fell in love with." And that was it. It really was that simple.

I do however wish it was that simple for all. It is not. Acceptance is something we all crave and for so many there is a fear of being rejected, unloved and unaccepted when they step into their truth and own who they are. This applies to many areas of our lives, not just same sex relationships. In my world this doesn't make sense. I am blessed and do not have this issue, so I am surprised and saddened when I see the struggle so many face. So put a rainbow on your page.

Put a rainbow on your page to say that it's okay. That love is love. That you will accept no matter what. It is not big, it is not hard, it may seems gimmicky, but to one who has had this acceptance, seeing my Facebook stream filled with rainbows made my heart swell with joy and love, so I can only imagine how it felt to those who have never had all that it represents.

It the little things that make all the difference.

Oh, and besides that, the rainbow colours are also the chakra colours, so what a cool way to balance your energy.

Fill your day with rainbows, love and hippy beads.
I know I will.

Connecting with yoiur Spirit Guides.


If you knew who walked beside you at all times, on the path that you have chosen, you could never experience fear or doubt again.

Have you always wondered who the souls are that walk beside you? What they do all day? And where are they when you really need them?

I was blessed that my Guides came to me early in my learning and I have always had a loving and profound connection with them. You might say they were, and still are, my 'way in'.

I found myself being able to channel information not only from my Guides, but the Guides of others as well as drawing their images as we spoke. This has been a source of great joy for me as I have connected with some amazing beings who share such wisdom and gifts.

I decided to ask my Guides what they wanted you to know and best they could explain themselves to you. What follows is a conversation I had with them and the information I received. I hope you enjoy the exchange of energy and all that they offer.

Thank you for being here and sharing with us all today.
We are always here little one, we love to share and it is always a pleasure and an honour.
 
We are grateful. For all of those reading this, could you please explain who you are?
As we come through to you, we are a collective energy of Guides, you know us as 'The Light Ones", we like this name. We come to you as a collective energy to suit your needs at this time and to support you in the highest way.
 
So can you tell us more about Guides and their purpose?
Yes, as Guides we are an energy that, like you, is eternal. We have lived many lifetimes, some we have shared with you even. Our purpose is to support and guide you at this time in your existence, to be your companion and confidant.
 
Does each person have their own Guide/Guides? How does it work?
We want you all to know you are never alone. We are always with you. That is the most important thing. You will have a Master Guide that has agreed to work with you throughout this lifetime. Each will also have many Guides and Guardians who will choose to work with you on specific needs and with special requests. We, like you, have our talents in different areas, so we each take out turn to step up and support within our expertise. You are always Guided.
 
So what about Angels? Are they the same?
Angels are Divine beings they do not live human lives. They play an integral part of your Spiritual Guidance team. Angels exist in a higher realm and you will feel a noticeable energetic feel to our presence in your world. As Guides, having lived human lives, we have a unique perspective of being able to see from both sides of the realm.
 
How do we know when you are around?
You are breathing right? Sorry, we really do want you know that we are always here, but we understand that at times you like to 'feel' or 'know' our presence. Each one of us will come to you in different ways, but we tell you that this will always feel safe, secure and like 'home'. You may hear us, feel us, smell us or simply find us in your special place, but we are always there.
 
How do we ask for your help?
Just ask! We really do love it when you invite us in to play in your life, we love being a part of your journey and you are never too much bother. We know that you think this sometimes, but it is our purpose to be there for you. It is much harder for us to do this when you do not ask for our help, when you do not communicate with us, when you do not listen.
 
So how do we communicate with you?
You just speak, aloud or in your mind, we hear it all. But most importantly we want you to listen. Because we do hear it all, we know your heart and your true desires and we are only here to support you in having that, so listen. You will find us in the quiet moments, the stillness and the gaps. We love it when you make time for this, when you shut out the noise of your world and your mind and just be with us, with your truth and your stillness. We have much to share if you will listen.
 
Is there something else you want to share with us all?
Yes, there is much to share. For now what we most want to say is this...  Be. So many are afraid right now of being who they are and living their own lives, we want you to know you are safe, you are always safe. It is safe to be you. In fact, it is safest to be you. How do you not be you? Own your beauty and your wisdom. Ask us for Guidance. Be, with us often. Allow us to serve you. We are humbly yours.

Stress: A weapon of self destruction



Stress kills.

Really it does, it can make you seriously ill and considerably shorten your life. Not only that it makes you look really old.

Stress is a weapon of self destruction.

You have to prevent it from destroying you.

"If you ask what is the single most important key to longevity, I would have to say it is avoiding worry, stress and tension. And if you didn't ask me, I'd still have to say it"
George Burns, comedian. Lived to be 100.
 

Stress is responsible for 75 to 90 percent of visits to doctors.


When stress hits our world we typically have one of 2 reactions, fight or flight. These both produce changes from our hormones, neurotransmitters, glands, nerves and so much more to help us prepare for the coming onslaught/emergency. We will feel these as increased heart rate, breathing, blood pressure rising and muscle tension.

But most often there is no immediate threat to life or limb and we go with the third option and that is to freeze, to stay stuck in our emotion or stress and it wreaks havoc with our health. We then store this stress and emotion internally, often feeling constantly on edge or even helpless. This of course keeps the stress reactions of our body still working.

When this happens it causes long-term chronic issues in the body and nervous system leading to inflammation. This then has a fall out effect leading to things like headaches, allergies and complete exhaustion and burn out.

There is very few diseases and health issues that stress does not effect, from heart disease to long term depression and cancer. Stress is the fuel for it all.

So what can we do to defuse this ticking bomb?


In a search for coping mechanisms, many people turn to such things as drugs, alcohol, overeating or overworking. Of course all of these things may work for a moment, however, over time, they tend to add more stress rather than relieve it. They often result in dependency and  additional side effects on your health and wellbeing.

Here are my top 3 tips...
  1. Learn to meditate. Meditation does not have to be religious, hard or even lengthy. There are many ways to incorporate meditation and mindfulness into your day. You can begin to do it for just a moment or two at a time and it has amazing benefits for your stress levels, health, sleep, relationships and so much more.
  2. Go outside. We spend so much time inside or staring at screens that outside has become a rarity. So go outside, look at the horizon, the clouds, the trees and feel the earth beneath your feet.
  3. Laugh, at whatever you like. Just laugh. Laughter has so many health benefits and you feel so bloody good once you have done it. So call in a life line, phone a friend and laugh at anything. Find funny cat videos on you tube or just let your kids tell you funny jokes. But laugh, a lot.
