Happy New Month,
As some of you may have noticed form a previous post, I get quite excited about the new year. I think most of us do, the idea of letting go of the old stuff and having the opportunity to begin again, is quite freeing.
I love it! I love the feeling that we don't have to take the past stuff into the new year, that we can feel like we are "starting a fresh book".
Soooo, this led me to thinking that a year is a long time to wait to feel like this. Why do we have wait 365 days to feel like we have a new slate, and let go?
We don't you know, we can start anew at any moment we choose!
That being said...
Happy New Month!!!
Let's make a plan, this year, let's not wait til new years eve to let go of the past, let us not wait until the new year to start again, and let us not wish the year away.

- every week we plan a letting go and
- every month we celebrate a new chapter in our book
